You can get these exact same things from Amazon/China for a fraction of the cost (Like $25000aud. Once things are getting up near $100K AUD I'm building an actual house. Other companies in Oz have these same 'expandable houses' and also cheaper than this company has. Remember to always shop around people.

You still need council inspections on sewer connections and running sewer to existing septic or existing sewer line. Called a section 68. Any drainage work requires sewer inspections, unless you do it without council approval.
